1 day to work legs or wear weights over shoulders to get benefits for back and legs 30-45 min total with effort and not exhausting. Remember to go side to side, either as a squat or walking.Strive for correct body mechanics to undo dysfunctional habits.
The other day use weights to work triceps, biceps, shoulders and hand-wrist curls; 15-30 repetitions each muscle section.Lean side to side to get core flexibility.
Both days lie on floor and lift legs and lower abs. Then let knees fall to one side while turning chin to opposite shoulder.Good to relax, re-align spine and move colon to help good elimination.
For voice: Ah 10x long, Z a song, 1 word and short phrases 10min.
Freezing in Parkinson’s disease is the inability to move an extremity or even speak or swallow.
Think of being stuck on ice, or in sand, snow or mud.The rock back and then steady forward are the
Psychology of dislodging.
The techniques that have worked for clients I have had in training is the quote: “SHIFT OPPOSITE”,
This has provided relief often instantly.
1>FEET - if your feet are stuck, shift you head back first, then take a step back and rock forward, keep going till you reach your goal.
2>HANDS or ARMS- move your feet a little or lean in opposite direction, then steadily toward the goal;
3>SPEAKING OR SWALLOWING- Try to do the opposite, with speaking curl the tongue and make spit ball movements to blow out first, several times to fire up the cells and muscles. Then deliberately with amplitude proceed. Use G & K to strengthen the involuntary movements of the throat 15X 2 sets.
Rising from chair or seat.
Push forward with hands on seat, straighten arms to lift body. This will be instrumental in rebuilding the triceps.
1>Once to the edge of the seat pull one foot back until toes are bent.Widen the other leg and lean bodyforward “NOSE OVER TOES”
2>Lift lower torso with nose over toes.( Your head will be down near your knee, keep practicing with someone helping if there is fear of falling; repetition helps overcome the fear and establish balance.)
3>When legs are nearly straight lift upper torso to sternum up posture! And go.
Using Meditation to improve Brain and body Power. Vera Shury FT
We sentients have not chosen to be Monks who live in a different experience of the universe. My suggestion is to use focused compassion meditation on the cells in ones own area of greatest need and desire, like an observer, then send it out to all peers in the universe, until ready for the next level of expansion.Let your subconsciousdetermine the thrust.

Oncological BrdU labeledmolecules were found in thedentate gyrus.Which would prove throughchemical analysis that these neurons were born in patients in their fifties-seventies, at a prodigious rate : neural stem cells, progenitors able to morph into any kind of cell in the brain, between five hundred to 1000 new neurons daily.

“Meditators gamma waves were off the charts, even when they stopped. When monks engaged in compassion meditation, their brains showed increased activity in regions responsible for planned movement. Meditators brains were changed, the fMRI pinpointedthat genesis spot.”

“ A Brain Plasticity-Based Training program to improve memory in Older Adults, Pilot Results. Neurocognitive age improvements after training for the majorityindicated ten or more years. They anticipate being able to improve by as much as 25 years ushering an age of neuroplasticity with “brain-fitness’ in addition to “ body-fitness.”
(According to my personal experience it is beneficial to integrate the two.)
This FastForWord program includes little rewards and amusement. This provides happiness triggers, which they believe pump up the DOPAMINE SYTEM.Getting JOY, duringattention-intense activity is critical to keep doing it and getting benefits from it.
Acetylcholine the neurotransmitter is the brain’s attention-getter it dominates the circuits involved in focusing, which is required to get the benefit of action.
